Hurricane Hugo, 1989: A Fish out of Water

Title

Hurricane Hugo, 1989: A Fish out of Water

Description

After Hurricane Hugo ravaged the South Carolina coastline on September 21, 1989, many people and items were displaced from their homes. For example, this sail boat, called The Guppy, came to rest in the middle of Lockwood Drive, quite a distance from where it was originally docked in Charleston City Marina.
